Fueling our passion for fine woodwork since 2006

It all started when a friend needed a hand with their kitchen remodel. Through word of mouth, Lea’s services quickly grew into a full-time gig and High Road Woodworks was established. Soon after, High Road became a team of four who have honed their craft across hundreds of projects ever since.

Meet the team

    Lea Howlett

    Founder

    Lea’s early career as a carpenter’s apprentice in London led to designing plane interiors at Boeing. But his craving for fine woodwork, and the drain of a desk job, brought him back to the shop when he founded High Road.
